For more than 20 years, attorney Lilly A. Plummer has practiced family law, family immigration law, criminal defense law and been a family law mediator in Texas and the Permian Basin.
Most recently, she tightly focused on these legal practice areas in which she is highly experienced and can have the greatest positive impact for her clients: mediation, CPS Defense, termination of parental rights, family law mediation, divorce and child custody, and alternative parenting plans.
Miss Plummer has been a family law trial lawyer and court room warrior for more than 20 years and has worked extensively in each of these areas. She has been a certified family law mediator in Texas since 2010. She is a former prosecutor for Texas Child Protective Services (DFPS) and she now defends parents and represents children in DFPS cases. She is also fluent in Spanish. La abogada habla español.
